Fourth of July Fireworks Huntington Beach

Tonight we went to Huntington Beach to celebrate the 4th of July by watching the fireworks show. These are a few of my first picks.

This was my favorite photograph of the night. I like the human element in this image. It gives a great perspective to the viewer.

This was my first attempt at focus pulling fireworks, a creative technique that blurs part of the fireworks and makes the trail thicker.

It's always a pleasure to watch fireworks from the beach as they are shot off the Huntington Beach Pier. I highly recommend attending it on the 4th of July if you are near Huntington Beach.
